Boost B12 is stimulant free and contains the most bio-available form of B12 (methylcobalamin) which is a naturally active form found within human metabolism.
Specially formulated to delivery vitamin B12 directly into the mouth. The tiny droplets absorb quickly, providing fast nutrient uptake.
Each dosage (4 sprays) delivers 1200μg of vitamin B12 along with 40μg of chromium and 0.5mg of green tea extract.

Importance of vitamin B12
Vitamin B12 helps contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal energy metabolism and normal psychological function.
It also contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system, red blood cell formation and supports the normal function of the immune system.
Who needs it
B12 is a notoriously difficult nutrient to absorb in the gut. At most only 1% of our dietary intake will be absorbed by the body, and that relies on digestive efficiency and the presence of a chemical called intrinsic factor. Tiredness, stress, ill-health, poor or limited diet will all reduce this absorption further.
As it is predominantly found in animal products, B12 supplements are recommended for those following vegetarian and vegan diets and Pernicious Anaemia sufferers.

How to use
Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing.
Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds.
Replace the cap after use.
Dosage
4 sprays contain 1200μg vitamin B12.
Use 4 sprays daily (or as directed by your healthcare practitioner). Can be taken together or separately.
Does not need to be taken with food or water, can be taken at any time of the day and combined with our other oral sprays.
Storage
Once opened, use within 6 months.
Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.

FAQs
Should I take all four sprays together or spread it throughout the day?
This is down to personal preference, either way provides optimal absorption. Though you may find it easier to take them all together to ensure you don’t forget a dose.
The oral sprays do not need to be taken with food or a drink so can be used at your convenience.
Our studies have found that the best place for absorption are on the inside of the cheek. When using multiple sprays we would recommend spraying in this area.
Is the this spray suitable for children?
This spray is perfectly suitable for children and is ideal for those who may not want to or cannot take capsules. For children under 12 years of age, we recommend halving the dosage, as their daily supplementation need is lower than that of an adult.
Are there any contraindications with Boost B12 oral spray?
There are no interactions with any other products or medications when using the Boost spray.
Does the Boost B12 spray contain caffeine?
As the Boost spray contains green tea extract it does contain a natural form of caffeine, however this is a very small amount, with just 0.5mg per four sprays.
The purpose of the green tea in the spray is not this caffeine element, but that it is a natural preservative as well as being an antioxidant.
A recent study published in The Lancet (June 2016) has also proven that green tea provides a chemical called epigallocatechin gallate, which contributes to improved cognitive function.
Do I need to take the spray with food or drink?
No. The oral spray delivery mechanism avoids primary processing by the digestive system, meaning it can be taken at any time of day with or without food. The active ingredients are delivered directly into the bloodstream via the mucosal membranes in the mouth.
What time of day should I use the spray?
The spray can be taken at any time of day, the key is to make it part of your daily routine.
Many people find it is easiest to take it first thing in the morning as part of their morning routine, but as the sprays are easy to use, portable and don’t need to be taken with food or drink, they can be used any time of day.
Is the Boost B12 spray suitable for those with special dietary requirements?
Yes it is completely vegan and officially approved by the Vegetarian Society. It is also suitable for those following a coeliac or diabetic diet, as well as those with digestive issues such as IBS.
How long will the spray last?
There are approximately 192 sprays in the 25ml bottle. With the recommended daily dosage of four sprays the Boost spray will last 48 days.
